The first day of my Blog :

After joining my current organisation, I came to know about the blogs through my boss. I felt how big the world is and I have reached only in macrons. Thanks to him, not only for this, he teaches me many things.
I wanted to have a blog for myself, to write about my field. ie., HR.

Recent days, I feel that everybody related to my field doesn’t know the importance of Consultants. Both Clients as well as candidates.
I had an idea of presenting an article (just as an option). My ultimate aim is to make it a reach to everybody.

When I discussed about this to my boss, he suggested me to have blog for me. I felt it would work out. Not immediately, but at least down the line.

Having 100% hope an doing this……..




When I think about hiring in India., the quality of both employer & employee comes in to my mind. . .

The employer think about the quality of the employee & the employee think about the quality of the employer. Everybody needs quality. . .

From where the expected quality comes. . . , when an individual knows about their own responsibility.
Why the employer hires him / her. What is the role & responsibility? How they are going to justify & fulfill the employer's expectation . . .
How many of us think about that. . .
Our first aim is about the salary. Then if we have time to think about the rest we may think. . .
